When is a tree not a tree? When it's used to annoy your neighbours is the simple answer! I suppose it goes on everywhere; but in Heswall people seem to delight in using the height of their hedges to have a go at their neighbours. Take my advice: if you've got a nice view from your bedroom window, don't fall out with your neighbours, because they'll just plant some fast growing trees to obscure your view.
Good advice: 1)find out when their birthdays are and always send them a card. 2)Tell them that their grandchildren or children are lovely and a credit to them. 3) Always invite them to your parties. 4) Always go out of your way to pass the time of day. 5) NEVER, EVER REMARK THAT THEIR HEDGES ARE GETTING A LITTLE OUT OF HAND! DEADLY, BELIEVE ME!
