IS THERE ANYBODY THERE?

Today it is a known fact that there are paranormal and ghost watching groups everywhere. Primarily because of television programmes such as Most Haunted and others, a whole new language has seemingly evolved, consisting of terminology that has become quite fashionable amongst paranormal and ghost watching enthusiasts. According to Yvette Fielding, (paranormal 'trend setter') from Most Haunted and other popular ghost watching programmes, it is important to 'Call out,' in order to make contact with any disembodied visitors, which should then be followed by, 'Are there any astral beings present...?' I'm quite sure that IF there are any interested spirit visitors listening to Yvette Fielding then they are probably looking at each other and saying, 'What's an astral being? Are you one? No, I don't think I am either! She can't be talking to us then, can she?'
As a medium I have no doubt whatsoever that there is somebody there. However, I do have to ask the question, 'Is there always somebody there?' Or, are we sometimes alone in the universe, when the so-called 'dead' are simultaneously elsewhere occupied, leaving our minds to their own devices? After all, the mind is the common denominator, and is quite capable of creating its own ghosts and demons, without the intervention of the spirit world! As for Most Haunted - you really do have to reach your own conclusions!

WHEN IS A DREAM NOT A DREAM? WHEN YOU ARE IN THE WORLD OF THE MAGIC LOCKER OF COURSE!
My new book, THE MAGIC LOCKER is now in the shops!
The Magic Locker is a fantasy story set in a surreal place called HESWOBBLE in WIBBLE.
In reality, Heswobble is Heswall, and Wibble is Wirral.
The story is full of crazy people, such as The Sleepy Time Keeper, Mr Jingles, the Musical Rainbow Man; Brem the Giant, and Esmerelda the Unicorn.
Helen Demetrios, the owner of SHELDRAKES RESTAURANT in Heswall, has kindly donated a whole day at her restaurant for the Magic Locker book launch, on Wednesday, August 20th. Helen has also invited, as her guests, 60 long term patients from Alder Hey Hospital.
THE MAGIC LOCKER DAY WILL BE HELD IN CONJUNCTION WITH ALDER HEY'S IMAGINE APPEAL.
WHY NOT JOIN US. A DONATION FROM EACH BOOK SOLD WILL BE MADE TO THE IMAGINE APPEAL.
THE MAGIC LOCKER, published by The Trinity Mirror Group. £6.99 from all good book shops.
NOTHING ELSE TO DO!

It never fails to amaze me how people find the time to make crass comments about some books on the internet! I was reading the remarks about Pete Price's book, which I would find offensive and very hurtful. Then I read the comments about my book, Spooky Liverpool. The writers of my comments always finish by suggesting that people should read Haunted Liverpool books by Tom Slemen! I am beginning to wonder if Tom Slemen himself actually writes them, or simply one of his entourage. Regardless of who finds the time to write these things, I would like to say that Tom Slemen does not have the monopoly on ghost stories, and I did have my first book of ghost tales published in the mid-seventies.
Regarding Pete Price: Pete is a consumate professional, and really does not deserve all the malicious criticism he receives on Amazon. The writers of such criticism have nothing better do do with their time, and should pay more attention to the good work Pete Price does unknowns to the general public.
I would suggest that the writers of such dribble should get a life!

A question I am frequently asked is 'Why doesn't my husband/wife contact me from the spirit world?' Or even, 'what do they do in the spirit world?'
There is no short answer to either of these questions! To begin with, not everybody is mediumistically inclined, and it may not be possible for any deceased relative or friend to make contact from the spirit world. Even if you are mediumistic inclined, no medium has the power to call people back from the spirit world, regardless of whether or not the deceased person cares for you. If it were as easy as that then mediums would be much more specific with the messages they give, and then there would be no doubt in anybody's mind that there most certainly is life after death. There has to be some mystery to life and death, and whether or not you believe that there is a spirit world, death is inevitable and a route we must all follow alone.
I always liken my mediumistic skill to having a radio inside my head. I turn it on and leave the 'tuning-in' process to the disembodied souls of the spirit world. Mediumship is experimental; it doesn't always work, and that is a fact. Should any medium promise to make contact with your deceased loved one, then I am afraid he or she is lying!
As to what they actually do in the spirit world: Life there is a continual, transcendental process of learning. It matters very little who you are, as much as what was in your heart.
It is fallacy that anything can ever die. There is no such state as death; there is only change, transmutation, growth, or movement of matter or consciousness from one condition to another.
YOU CANNOT DIE FOR THE LIFE OF YOU!
