Thoughts crystallise into habit, and habit solidifies into circumstances. Before our circumstances change, we must first of all change ourselves and the way we think. We are surely the architects of our own destinies by the way we think. The way we perceive and treat others, is mostly a reflection of who we really are, and how we perceive ourselves.
Our circumstances are very often an external manifestation of the way we think; and when we hurt or decry others, we can expect, in the long term, to decry and hurt ourselves.
Acceptance is the greatest of all healers; when you accept, you most certainly overcome!
It is very often easy to hurt someone, but more difficult to say your sorry, and even more difficult for them to forgive!
