THE 'I DON'T LIKE BEING SEVEN YEARS OLD!' SONG

Posted by Billy Roberts on August 14, 2007 9:46 PM |

I DON'T LIKE BEING SEVEN YEARS OLD - From The Magic Locker (little boy in hospital.)

They say life is better when you're seven years old!
As long as you behave yourself, and do as you are told.
'Don't wish your life away!' my mum would always say, 'You'll be as old as me one day!'

I just want to be eighteen, and not seven years old; then perhaps I won't have to do everything I'm told!
'Eat your tea, go to bed, and do as you are told!' WHY? Because I'm seven years old!

Don't want to be in hospital, I want to be at home!
Don't like taking medicine - just leave me alone!
I want to be grown up, so I don't have to do as I'm told - and then, I won't be seven years old!

Why is life so difficult, when you're seven years old?
Why do I always have to do everything I am told?
Why doesn't anyone ever listen to me? WHY - because I'm just seven years old!
